Maria McGrath, Learning & Development Manager, recently co-ordinated several two day workshops, where selected participants were provided with the knowledge, skills and tools to enable them to deliver training sessions.
Maria said: “We now have nine new Induction Champions across the business who will take responsibility in ensuring all new colleagues joining the company are inducted to the highest standard. Everyone worked so hard and I am of no doubt they all have the confidence to successfully conduct both ‘one to one’ and ‘group’ training sessions within their regions.”
