Maria McGrath, Learning & Development Manager, has not let the grass grow under her feet. Since completing her successful ‘Train the Trainer’ workshops she was straight back on the road with a new four hour interactive workshop regarding funeral arranging.
Maria said: “The aim of the course is to gain consistency of funeral arranging throughout the company, and personalise each funeral by ensuring we offer our clients choice. The course will help to increase the confidence of arrangers as they create an inspirational plus one service that will make us different from everyone else!”
